Farmers gust house is facilitated with Guest room (AC), Guest room (Non AC), Dormitary room –I, Dormitary room –II, Kitchen, Dinning hall and Bathrooms. Dormitary room –I is facilitated with 12 No. of Iron cots, along with beds, bedsheets and pillows. The farmers and farm women attending for vocational training programmes at KVK and exposure visitsfrom other districts and other states usually accommodate at Dormitary room -1. Guest room (AC) is facilitated withn 2 No. of Iron cots along with beds, bedsheets and pillows with attached bathroom, 1 dressing table, 1 sofa. Guest room (Non AC) is facilitated with 3 No. of Iron cots along with beds, bed sheets and pillows along with attached bath rooms. Scientists and University officials attending training programmes and other activities usually accommodate at AC and Non AC Guest rooms.

10 hectares of area is provided for KVK field farms. The crops are being cultivated under rainfed conditions only . Major crops grown in Instructional farm are Groundnut, Red gram, Sunflower, Sesamum, Field bean, Korra, , Tomato, Chillies, Citrus, Mango, Amla. All the recommended package of practices suggested being followed in the cultivation of the above said crops. Foundation seed and bredder Seed also being produced to supply the farming community usually in the crops Groundnut and sesamum.

Shade net house was established at KVK instructional farm during 2013 under RKVY project which is used as demonstrating unit to the farmers for production of quality, disease free vegetable nurseries and in production of cool season vegetables, leafy vegetables as off season cultivation

KVK Utukur is having Administrative building inaugurated on 22.05.2008 By Dr. Y Rajashekar Reddy. The building contains Library, Se minor hall, Information corner and Staff rooms with sufficient equipment

KVK is having Staff quarters nearer to office and beside highway with all good facilities like Power, Water and good climatic condition
