This office imparts training on vermi-composting . The training duration range from 3 to 4 days. The KVK also has vermi culture unit in its campus.

KVK has instructional farm of 42 acres. Out of this land 33 acres are used for seed production and technology demonstration. At present the KVK has very good laid out trials on weed management in wheat , varietal trails on wheat and seed production programme of wheat variety DBW-88.
