Farmers' hostel facility for the stay of 25 farmers.

The KVK has plantation of apple, pear, almond, walnut, pistachionut, hazelnut, grapes and apricot for demonstration. Quality planting material of apple, almond, grapes and apricot is produced for distribution to farming community of the district.

KVK KInnuar soil testing laboratory is well equipped with the required soil testing facilities like AAS for the testing of wide range of micro nutrients. The testing of N, P, K, EC and pH is easily done on the laboratory of soil science.

Plant Diagnostic Laboratory of the KVK is equipped with instruments like autoclave, Laminar air flow chamber, BOD incubator, Microscope, Weighing balance etc.
