Post Event Details:Seven days on campus training program was conducted on the topic“Fruit processing dated 15/11/2021 to 23/11/2021. The Programme was conducted by Home science department of DRI KVK Beed I. There were 46 women participated in training.objective of this training was enhance the knowledge about thepost-harvest techonology of fruits because fruit processing can make women economicaly independent. During this training main focus was given on the topic like importance of post harvest technologies,health beanifits of anola, lemon, guva, custared apple , Packaging and labelling of processed fruits. Cheif guest given the scientific information about the different types of fruit processing.
