Objective: Farmers exposure tour
Pre Event Description :
Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Beed-I organized farmers exposure visit from 25 to 27 May, 2019. During this tour farmers participated in ‘Chaitrapalvi-Leader Farmer Meet’ program organized by KVK Baramati. 24 farmers from 9 villages of Ambajogai, Parli and Kaij Taluka participated in tour. Out of 24 farmers 8 were women farmers.
During this exposure tour farmers visited various project and attained lectures by experts. All farmers studied collected information and learned about-fishery in farm pond, organic vegetable production and export, ereotic vegetable production by organic methods and market management, processing industry and market management, backyard poultry rearing, sustainable egg production, partial closed goat rearing, opportunities in goat export, use of solar drayer for food-grain storage, sustainable and precision farming, water budgeting, high density orchard management, Bamboo farming and bamboo goods, sugar beet production, apiculture and sericulture, farmers got approach f
