Kisan Goshthi Programme is planned through Deendayal Research Institute Krishi Vigyan Kendra Beed-1 Ambajogai. Kisan Goshthi Programme on 'Organic Farming and Organic Input Production' is planned at Village Shinganwadi, Taluka Dharur, District Beed.

Post Event Details:Kisan Goshthi on Organic farming and organic input production Kisan Goshthi Programme was organized through Deendayal Research Institute Krishi Vigyan Kendra Beed-1 Ambajogai. Kisan Goshthi Programme on 'Organic Farming and Organic Input Production' was organized at Village Shinganwadi, Taluka Dharur, District Beed. The purpose of the Kisan Goshthi programme was to explain the concept of organic farming and to inform about the production of organic inputs required for organic farming. Scientists from the Krishi Vigyan Kendra convinced women farmers that organic farming is essential to ensure human health, soil health and environmental health. He also explained the inputs required to start organic farming such as compost fertilizer, earthworm manure, waste decompostor, nimboli extract, nimboli powder, green manure. Scientists said organic products should be used for to their families and markets and not just organic farming. Organic products have a market for certain rights. Scientists said we need to reach out to consumers about organic production through various means. The women farmers of the village expressed their intention to organic farming at this time.
