Objective: To Demonstrate tractor drawn broad bed furrow planter
Pre Event Description :
Demonstration will be taken on tractor drawn broad bed furrow planter for soybean planting. Time requires for the operation, Labour requires for the operation, seed required for the planting & cost of operation etc. observation will be taken from demonstration plots. Farmers will be aware about the benefits of BBF planter through this demonstration

Post Event Details:Demonstration on tractor operated broad bed furrow planter was conducted on 6 ha. area of 15 farmers. Farmers aware of seed saving due to use of planter. Formation of furrows beneficial for water conservation & simultaneously planting of seed & fertiliser on bed helps to reduce cost of operation of these dry land farmers.
