Objective: To enhance the knowledge of farm women about the post harvest processing of fruits and vegetables by using solar conduction dryer.
Pre Event Description :
This Front line demonstration will be conduct on date 24/5/2021 at village mandava Tq Ambajogai.In this demonstration information will be given on how to use the solar dryer for the post harvest processing of fruits and vegetables.

Post Event Details:FLD on Use of solar conduction dryer to minimize post harvest losses of fruits and vegetables was conducted by home science department of DRI , KVK Beed I on dated 24/5/ 2021 . In this demonstration information given about the how to use solar dryer and its importance in minimizing post harvest losses of fruits and vegetable. Practically showed them how to dehydrate fruits and vegetables with the help of solar conduction dryer. Total 10 farm women participated in FLD .
