Objective: Goat Rearing
Pre Event Description :
Under animal science department of KVK, Ambajogai, four days goat rearing training was organized during 24th to 27th June 2019 for farmers. 41 farmers participated in this training programme. In this training prgramme information related to goatry like benefits of goats rearing, India and Eoxtic breeds, different methods of goat rearing, construction of goat shed/bam, different method of feed preparation , care and management of pregnant goat, newly born kid, dry goat and buck, selection of goat and breeding buck, fodder for goat, importance of milk, symptoms of diseases and vaccination these topic were covered.
