Objective: To discuss in detail the falling branches and fruit branches of cotton crop.
To discuss pruning of fork branches and changes in planting spacing to increase yield.
Pre Event Description :
In order to control the number of stalks and fruit stalks of the crop by making necessary changes in the cotton production technology to increase the cotton production and to discuss the changes in the planting spacing, Shri. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss cotton production technology in the presence of Dada Lad.

Deendayal Shodh Sansthan Krishi Vigyan Kendra Ambajogai and Krishi Vigyan Kendra Nandurbar jointly organized an online meeting on cotton production technology. For this meeting, Shri. Dinesh Dattatraya, Shri. Dada Lad (Experimental Farmer), Dr. Rajendra Dahatonde (Senior Scientist and Head) Krishi Vigyan Kendra Nandurbar as well as scientists from both Krishi Vigyan Kendras were present at the meeting. The meeting also discussed in detail how to increase the number of fruit twigs by reducing the number of cotton twigs in order to increase the production of cotton twigs in cotton production. It was decided to conduct a demonstration at each Krishi Vigyan Kendra. The throat branch reduces the supply of nutrients to the crop and also reduces the yield. Therefore, removal of cotton stalks in a period of one to one and a half months will increase the yield. The two Agricultural Science Centers decided to make efforts to reach out to the farmers through different programs.
