Description : The farmers were also given hand on training on soil sample collection and production of enriched farm yard manure by Soil Scientist Dr.K.Revathi from Palar Agriculture College, Peranampattu. Apart from these demonstrations, the exhibition showcasing various nutrient deficiency symptoms and their management was organized by KVK for the benefit of Vellore district farmers. A technical knowledge sharing session was organized in collaboration with SPIC and the Regional Manager Mr.V.S.Arunachalam briefed the importance of judicious and balanced used of fertilizers to restore natural soil health.
