Description : The KVK scientists namely Dr. Tejpal Singh Bisht, Miss Shikha and Dr. Aalok Gulabrao Yewale were participated in Kisan Kalyan Diwas under Gram Swaraj Abhiyan in Chidyali, Dadur and Kandhikhal villages of Narendranagar, Chamba and Thauldhar blocks, respectively on 02/05/2018. About 100 farmers were present during the programme. They were informed about the different government schemes, agri-technologies, services of the different departments though they can doubled their income. The farmers were motivated for vegetables, mushroom, flower cultivation and also provided knowledge about honey bee production. The farmers scientist interaction session was organized so that farmers queries were answered. The agriculture, horticulture, veterinary and cooperative department of state governments were actively involved in the programme. The panchayat pradhan and other member of panchayat were present in the programme.
