Description : KVK KATHUA ORGANISED VETERINARY CLINICAL CAMP AT VILLAGE SUNJWAN A mega veterinary clinical camp was organised today by KVK Kathua in collaboration with Faculty of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, SKUAST-Jammu at village Sunjwan, tehsil Marheen of district Kathua. The camp was organized under the guidance of Professor R.K. Arora, Associate Director Extension ( KVKs), SKUAST –Jammu. Dr. Amrish Vaid, Senior Scientist & Head of KVK Kathua welcomed the veterinary scientists from SKUAST-Jammu and farmers of the village in the camp. Dilawar Singh and other local representatives also participated in the camp along with 150 farmers/farm women of the village. Keeping in view the demand of localities, number of queries received by KVK regarding animal health problems and the prevailing pre-monsoon conditions camp was organised in the village. The camp was also organised keeping in view the importance of vaccination and adoption of proper management practices of livestock in this season.
